New for 2026! We’re introducing Teva Care Advocates powered by Accolade, replacing the Teva Care Coordinators with Quantum Health and offering an improved benefits experience, plus some support services for those not enrolled in a Teva medical plan.

New medical ID cards coming soon

All employees enrolled in a Teva medical plan for 2026 will receive new medical ID cards, featuring contact details for Accolade and our new Teva Care Advocates.

Introducing Hinge Health

New for 2026! We’re changing to Hinge Health for virtual physical therapy, offering personalized, tech-boosted care to relieve muscle and joint pain. Replacing Sword Health, this service will be available to employees working 20 or more hours per week.

Increases to Dependent Care FSA limits

For 2026, the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contribution limit is increasing to $7,500 to align with new regulations. Contribution limits are subject to nondiscrimination testing; highly compensated employees may face reduced limits.

More LSA credits coming your way

On January 1, 2026, we’re reloading your Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) with a $300 credit for you to spend on eligible wellbeing expenses in 2026. You have until December 31, 2025, to use the credits in your LSA; there is no roll over to 2026.
